Maybe we often hear this statement. Many institution, advertisement or people are talking about it. But sometimes in fact, many of us often under estimate it. Whereas, if we were infected by the disease, many thing that we have loss, for instance we can’t do our activity like usual. We must also spend a lot of money to get medical treatment, or the worst thing we must face to the death. But don’t worry, there are many preventing ways, such as :
* Consuming nutritious food
In consuming nutritious food, sometimes we never care about hat food that we eat. We never want to know whether the food has enough nutrition or not. Sometimes, our eating habits influence our health. We often consuming fast food, soft drink, or maybe alcohol that we know all of them aren’t good for our body. We only concern to the taste of the food. Or maybe we only concern to the price of the food. For example is the goat stickball that can give us a high-blood pressure. Although, not all the expensive food are have enough nutrition. So, we must be selective in choosing our foods, so that we can keep our body healthy.
* Having enough rest
Maybe most of people don’t care about spend their time to rest. They only concern in their activities. Although rest-time is important for them. When our body felt tired because of full activities that we do every day, rest time is needed by us. In rest time, we can relax our body, so that we can continue our activities with fresh body and mind.
* Consuming other supplement
Consuming vitamin is very good for our health. When we consume it, a lot of vitamin and minerals can enter our body. That vitamin can keep our body healthier and can protect our body from virus and disease. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables which contain a lot of fiber and drink eight glasses a day are very good to our body.
* Doing exercise
Doing exercise is one of the ways to the healthy body and increases our stamina. With exercise, we can activate our entire muscles in our body. It makes all of vitamin can easier to absorb with our body. That vitamin can change to be energy for our body that we use to do our activity. It cans also being the immunity system to protect our body. And then the toxin in our body can bring out with the sweat that we produce when we do exercise.
